District Agricultural Entrepreneurship Mission
- Ananthapuri 5000 is a joint initiative by CISSA and 10 FPOS.
- It aims to set up 5000 rural enterprises in Thiruvananthapuram within 5 months.
- Connects farmers with government schemes for support.
- Covers agriculture, allied, and non-agricultural sectors.
- Boosts rural entrepreneurship and local economy.

Project Details & Implementation
- Bridging the gap with government schemes. The project aims to connect government initiatives directly with farmers for improved reach and benefits.
- Supporting farmers to become entrepreneurs by providing assistance and arranging loans across diverse sectors, including food, agriculture-allied, and non-agricultural enterprises.
- Supported by key government schemes
Uses schemes such as AIF, PMFME, PMEGP, KCC, and Mudra Loans to provide financial and resource aid to farmers.

Modus Operandi
- Committees formed in each panchayat (10+ members)
- Each ward to identify 5 eligible beneficiaries
- Minimum 100 beneficiaries per panchayat
- Entrepreneurship workshops with banks, Krishi Bhavans, industry officials
- Guidance on loans, schemes & business setup
